BioMy name is Keledron.
I'm the very definition of a rennaisence (sp) man, just not a good speller.
I'm a lead singer for a band, The DnA Project (www.myspace.com/dnamusicproject , www.thednaproject.net), that is kicking ass and taking over the tri-state area slow but sure.
I'm a writer, have several published works, (poems and novellas), but I'll keep that quiet for now.
I'm also a beer enthusiast, specifically international microbrewed beer, and that is what this blog is going to center on.
Each month I get a half case of two different types of beer from a handpicked microbrewery from the club I belong to. These will be evaluated in the following ways:
Color, pour, head etc.
First initial taste... eval of that touch on the tip of the tongue, whats the first reaction
Main taste... when its hit the mouth and all portions of the tongue, how is it, comparison, etc.
Thick/thin, syrupy/light
Finish
Final eval after full bottle gone. Alcohol content, general feel, etc.
